The project for the apartments was finished and

submitted to the Vienna building planning office on November 2018.

Construction of the facilities began early in 2019 and lasted until mid-2020.

In July 2020 the license for touristic accommodation and

approval of the operating installations was requested to the Vienna MA10 office.

This license to operate was granted on the 27th April 2021.

The first guests were accommodated during May 2021.

Apartmets were reopened in March 2022.

Since March 2022 it has been operating successfully, without interruption.
