Hi, I am the current tenant of this apartment, and I will be moving out on 30 September 2025. I’m looking for someone to take over the apartment from then.

The apartment is directly in front of the U2 Donaumarina metro station, which makes the location super convenient:

• 5 minutes walk to Prater Hauptallee, huge recreational area with lots of green
• 1 metro stop to the Danube river for swimming/leisure
• 15 minutes by metro to the center of Vienna

🏠 About the apartment

• Size: 49 sqm (1 bedroom) + storage room
• Floor: 4th floor
• Rent: €1,045 (includes Betriebskosten)
• Floor heating
• Dishwasher
• Additional costs (water, heating, electricity): around €90 per month (this is my average, depends on your own consumption)
• The building is new, I was the first tenant after it was finished
• Facilities included in the rent price: gym, sauna, bike rooms, 2 shared rooms for working or gatherings, and a laundry room

Normally, the apartment comes unfurnished, but I furnished it myself. I bought all the furniture brand new when I moved in, and since I am moving abroad, I am looking for someone who will take over the apartment with all the furniture.

🪑 Furniture (one-time payment: €2,000, all bought new by me, and will belong to you):

• Bathroom: Washing machine
• Dressing/Shoes room: Wardrobe, shoe rack
• Living room: Sofa, work desk, dining table, 2 dining chairs
• Bedroom: Wardrobe, electric standing desk, bed, bedside table, fan with stand, mattress (this is a high quality and expensive mattress, I bought it because I had serious back problems, and it really made a big difference for me)
• Hallway: Chest of drawers
• Loggia: Leisure chair
• Others: All light fixtures, all curtains

📋 Landlord requirements
• 3 rents as security deposit
• Personalausweis (ID)
• Lohnnachweis (last 3 salary slips)
• Meldeauskunft & KSV-Auszug
