This Lake Villa is a unique gem with an amazing private beach in beautiful nature, suitable for everyday travel by car from the center of Vienna. This modern villa is inspired by the Californian style of villas located by Lake Tahoe in California, and that's where its name comes from - Lake Tahoe Villa
The roof
The roof itself is a masterpiece. It is created from wooden spruce arches with the length of 18 meters. As a ceiling was used premium cedar wood. This cedar ceiling is in every room on the second floor.
The roof was specially designed to create shade in each room and prevent direct sunlight from entering the house. For this reason there is no needed for blinds that would block the lake view or the star view during the night.
Premium wooden windows
The windows are made of premium exotic wood Meranti as well as main entrance door. The same wood Meranti was used for paneling of construction that holds windows in living room and in other rooms in order to create homogenous premium look of the window walls.

There are only premium natural materials used in the house such as:
• exotic wood IPE for the balcony and terrace floor
• large-format of rectified tiles
• oak parquet floors
• exotic wood Sheesham for furniture
