The monthly all-in rent is 788€ (all electricity, water and internet costs are included)The studio is located in 20. Bezirk, Dresdner Straße 107. There are various grocery stores nearby - Spar, Billa, Hofer, Lidl. Another great thing is that there is a great transportation infrastructure. in fact, the tram station (Innstrasse) is just 2 mins walk away, the train station (Traissengase) is 5 mins and the Subway station (Dresdner Straße, U6) is ~10 mins.
